SPS Desktop / private beta

Privacy, plainly.

This notice explains the limited data SPS Desktop needs during the private beta and where your work stays.

Last updated: July 28, 2026

What SPS collects

For approved Google sign-in, SPS uses the account ID, display name, and email address needed to recognize your account. Host and member connections can also record server addresses, company and node metadata, and device public keys needed to establish the connection.

Project files, prompts, agent output, and local memory stay on the owner-selected host computer by default. SPS does not intentionally upload that work to the Redon Games website. A plugin or connector you choose may send data to its own provider; that provider's rules apply.

How it is used

We use account and connection data to authenticate the Desktop app, manage beta access, connect invited computers to the intended host, operate releases, and answer support or security requests. We do not sell personal information, serve advertising, or intentionally enable an analytics SDK in the default SPS Desktop beta release.

Your choices

You can stop using the beta, remove a connected service, or ask us to remove your beta account association at redongames1234@gmail.com. The owner of a host controls local project files and backups. Google handles Google sign-in, and each AI provider, MCP server, source-control service, or plugin you connect has its own terms and privacy policy.
